Lemon parsley seasoning




This is another recipe where the Thermomix performs multiple roles. Here, as well as chopping onions celery and parsley there is a requirement to make breadcrumbs, of course there is no better way than in a Thermomix. Like all the 'additions' on the Christmas plate, the stuffing went down exceptionally well.


This recipe is from The Australian Women's Weekly Christmas and Holiday Entertaining Special 2008 and has been made in the Thermomix by Joy but specific Thermomix instructions have not yet been prepared







125g butter
200g trimmed celery stalks chopped finely
8 green onions chopped finely
2 cloves garlic crushed
420g fresh breadcrumbs
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
1 tablespoon lemon rind finely grated

1 egg beaten lightly






Melt butter in large frying pan. Cook celery onion and garlic, stirring until softened.

Combine mixture in a bowl with other ingredients.
