200g trimmed celery stalks chopped finely
8 green onions chopped finely
2 cloves garlic crushed
420g fresh breadcrumbs
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
1 tablespoon lemon rind finely grated
1 egg beaten lightly
Melt butter in large frying pan. Cook celery onion and
garlic, stirring until softened.
Combine mixture in a bowl with other ingredients.
