Curried prawns

Curries are just one of Thermomix's fortés. Constant agitation while cooking is ideal for curries and of course this is just what the Thermomix does. This dish was originally served at our weekly board meeting in the spa pool. The Thermomix did not understand that it was informal eating and produced the same top quality result it always does. We ate with gusto from plastic bowls.

This recipe is from and has been converted to the Thermomix by Joy.
