40g olive oil
2 tspn cumin
2 tspn cinnamon
2 tbsp tamarind puree
4 tbsp honey
Salt to taste
Chop onions 4 seconds on speed 4.
Add oil and cook for 5 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.
Add apricots and chop 10 seconds on speed 8.
Add the spices and salt and cook for 20 minutes speed 1½ at 100°C.
Add tamarind puree and honey and increase speed slowly to speed 8 for 15 seconds.
Pour into sterilised bottles or jars.
Serve with pork or chicken.
